Great class. I love these slower pace and slower transition classes. It allows for deeper insight into the spiritual aspect of yoga and also enables you to feel what s happening within your body making any necessary adjustments while in each pose. Elise has a gentle voice with great cuing. I will come back to this class often.

Slow, soft, and calming practice, that I want recently. This class is perfect for me where I am now. This Yin Yong practice is well balanced class . It is only 30 minutes, but I feel different at the end of class. Thank you.

Lovely, relaxing class! Just what I needed for the giant knot in my shoulder that s been haunting me. I normally save yin classes for the weekend, but I needed a slow paced break to heal and release my shoulder. Elise, I love your teaching style, positive and soothing voice. I know you have a lower body yin class, but may I suggest for future
class idea more of a full body yin yang--at least hips, back and shoulders? Thanks! Namaste!

I love this class. Do you have one that includes this but also includes lower body?

I was hesitant to do this class as it was only 30mins. Well I m happy to report it was WELL worth it and is now on my list of "must-do s" for the end of a busy week on the computer. Thanks once again Elise :)

I really needed to work out a knot between my shoulders this morning, and this did it. I will admit that I did a supported fish as the last pose.
I think the hardest part of Yin IS the pace, but it is oh so needed to get a deep release!

I was having so much back pain and have been trying to do yoga with other instructors but I always come back to Elise. Her classes always hits me where I need it and it did it again. I am finally feeling some release. I need to remember to stick with her classes the majority of the time so I don t get this bad again.

I ve never done Yin Yoga. It s like Restorative Yoga, but with deep, deep stretching. Perfect way to separate my busy day from the rest of my evening! Wonderful cueing - thank you!

short and sweet! I love how light my upper body feels after completing this class. The class flowed nicely and the postures were great- just wish we could have held them a little longer :)
Thank you Elise!

Another great short practice by Elise, this really got into my tight right shoulder and could really feel it on my thoracic area.
