Both hips & whole body feel wonderful after this shorter class. You just go as far with the poses as you can & breathe into the pose.

I love the speed and poses, and it made me feel great after too much car time.
Moves a little too quickly for me to build heat, but I love this sequence!
I found it too fast paced for a wind down class. After hours of sitting I needed to spend more time in each pose. It s a nice full body stretch but fast flow for Hatha.
This is a solid flow to get flexibility back into the body and work on areas specifically tensed by travel. The cues are clear, but the flow is quick and I would not recommend this class for a beginner. As an intermediate practitioner, I found this flow invigorating and stretching in a short timeframe. Due to my own disk issues, wheel and any kind of stand on my neck are not safe options for me and I simply substitute other poses for those. If you have had a practice established and can follow and quick and clear flow, give this a try!
I haven t mastered the full expression of some of these poses but they inspire me to try.

I feel the same about it. It was difficult at times, yet this awareness helped me to know I have much room for improvement. I would like to master this set.
I don t find this class to be for All Levels as stated. Some postures which aren t available to me at this time had no substitutions such as firelog (which she specifically said that crossed leg pose wasn t good enough but I did anyway) and split pose. I didn t end my practice with my usual feeling of peace and a job well done. I would not do this video again.
Considering that she is pitching this to unwind and get the kinks out after travel, she moves a bit fast. Her instruction is better than most of the videos out here. All in all, I won t do this video again.

This was great. I just came back from traveling from a vacation where i was in the car a ton, and on the plane for 5hrs+ each way. This class really opened me back up and made me feel human again!
