This is a great class to stretch and loosen up after traveling. 25 hours on a plane and then 11 hours in my bed and whew! I need some yoga! This class felt more like "Ahhh" to me, FYI (so if you are wanting to really move and flow, try this class some other time!). I appreciated that Celest gave different options for some of the poses, so you could modify if you weren t quite as flexible as she is. I did not have any problems with the warm up like some people mentioned; I m suspicious they were just really stiff from all their traveling! ;-) My big take-away for my next trip is PLOW POSE. I liked this class, as I have others of Celeste s, and I think I ll like it more as I repeat it. I did find some of the transitions hard to follow and found myself having to stop and repeat a section while watching the video to understand what she meant, but it was worth the effort. There isn t a lot of warmup, as others have mentioned, so it probably wasn t ideal for when I used it: first thing in the morning when still stiff and sore from a recent trip. But it s a lovely, helpful class with great stretches.

I love doing this after a transatlantic flight. It hits all the places where my body is aching, and is just the right amount of time. Fantastic fantastic!!

I left the hospital yesterday after undergoing a treatment that required immobilization for four days...torture! I have never felt such a lack of mobility and strength. This brought me back. It touched every little contracted muscle and stiffened joint. I thank you and encourage others who feel stiff, stuck, paralyzed or weakened--from travel or whatever--to do this class as soon as you have the chance!

This felt AMAZING! I did this after a vigorous cross country ski workout and this was the best stretching series I ve ever done. Loved it. Thanks Celest.

I love this class, and keep coming back to it after long trips, both by car and plane. I just completed a business trip from the US to India, 30 hours total travel time each way, and this was my practice upon arrival and upon return. It is relaxing and calming and rejuvenating to my body and mind in so many ways. Thank you Celeste!

Such a good class after a long car ride. Love Celeste s classes generally and this is one of my favorites. Mellow pace but gets into some juicy deep stretches.

Loved this, just what I needed after a long car journey. Some really great poses which hit the spot, twisting and lengthening. Some were quite intense but I guess they needed to be to counteract tight muscles. I will definitely do again, not just after travelling, would be good after a tough workout too.

Great stretch after traveling on and off several days in a row. I held some of the stretches longer. REALLY loved the twisting postures. I always feel so bloated after a flight and this helped to soften and wring out the tension, the bloating, and especially helped open my upper back. This is a very mellow class unlike some of her others and is perfect for a nighttime wind-down. Thanks Celeste!

Nice super deep hamstring stretches! I did this the morning after driving for a few hours and didn t find I needed more warm up than what was offered. Celeste offers likes of alt poses here. I did take a nice warm shower first. Feel great now.

I only did 12 minutes of this class and then stopped as she brought us from twisting lunge into a deeper twisting hamstring stretch. The only hamstring warmup was a downward dog and I like to warmup my body more before taking it into such deep poses.

I landed from a flight a little under 36 hours ago. I didn t realize how tight my body was until I started doing some of the poses Celeste offered and began to feel my body release. What a delicious class.

I haven t traveled, but I am recovering from a lower back strain so all of these stretches were just what I needed! Will do this one again.
