Good way to loosen up after a long day of sitting. Not a challenging routine but comfortably paced and soothing. Verbal cues are very clear and tone is pleasant.

Perfect quick yoga session and hits all the right places
Perfect stretch right before you climb into bed. Here I was thinking it was going to be easy peasy but Claire always mashes you work for it. Lol! Which is what I need. The only bad thing was mine stopped at 17mins 24 secs. Don t know if it was a glitch or my device. Again I thank you. Namaste.

Great class for getting the circulation going and the stiffness stretched out after a looooong plane ride. And a good length for a traveler who has other activities on the agenda but doesn t want to skip yoga for even a single day. Thanks for the excellent class.
