There needs to be a new level for becca s classes... take you to your limit . If you want to get fit and work in a short space of time she is a great instructor for that. She definitely knows when you feel like giving up with her encouraging Yes you can . Would definitely recommend. You may need to add some warm up and cool down either side.

Officially a Becca fan-girl. I admittedly went in to this class feeling a little cocky, and wound up very sweaty and humble, lol. I feel thoroughly worked out and toned in a very convenient timeframe for a busy weekday morning! I ll be running through all of her classes.

Becca is amazing. I love her classes. They are quick and tough but you can definitely see result if you do them regularly. This class is another keeper.

WOW! Speedy, hard core and challenging. What a way to start the 4 week programme - really motivating to keep it up. Well done to instructor for very clear instructions, cues and modifications. Not managing the push ups with both hands off YET.

I love how this class is paced quickly and even though the focus is on the upper body the core and legs are always working too. I also like that there are modifications to take it easier or challenge yourself.

I like this workout a lot! The only comment I would make is that Becca has a model, but they are always doing the same version of moves. Becca is good at giving modifications, but I didn t find it helpful that both she and the model almost always demonstrated the modification - I wanted to see one of them do the original version of the move so I could tell how my form was.

Great class, as usual! Perfect if you only have 30 minutes. This class accomplishes a lot in a short amount of time. Oh yeah, it s tough!

Ok, I must have skipped over "hardcore" when I read this description and did this sucker with 10lb weights. Killer workout, definitely worked up a some boob sweat while powering through with my ujayi breath. Don t make the same mistake I did and try to lean on your arm while exiting Sivasana. . . I will definitely feel this tomorrow!!!

Her classes are wonderful. She definitely makes you stronger. Her classes are intense. I enjoy her weight classes at least 3 x per week. I m hoping she will create an inner thigh blast. Pleaseeeee Becca.

Great class. The focus on the upper body has the intensity that I think some of her other classes lack (not that the other classes are by any means inadequate). Really enjoyed it and definitely felt the workout.

This was good. I liked it. Not your traditional yoga video by any means, but it was a nice incorporation of yoga and body toning. Worth the watch!
