8 min. Abs with Weights

This is a challenging 8 minute abdominal workout that includes boat twists with weights for an added challenge (can also be done without weights). The class includes Boat pose (Navasana) bicycle sit-ups, forearm plank and Boat twists. You will also perform Camel pose and Bridge at different points to stretch the abdominal muscles, making them both strong and supple.

You will feel vibrations throughout your core after finishing this class and will feel the results the next day!
