This class begins with a few rounds of Kapalabati (skull-shining breath) and Bhastrika (bellows breath). Both are vigorous breath techniques that will move energy and build heat! We will move between Downward Dog, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, and Side Angle Pose to ground. Shoulder work will focus on alignment, strength and stability. We will round out the practice with Locust Pose, Upward Dog, Supported Bridge, and a block supported Shoulderstand.
