Although this class is not as hard as the title indicates (which I appreciated), I really enjoyed. Christen"s message gives me wisdom to live this moment in peace. Thank you!

Lovely, relaxing and feel good class! I do agree with others that an update of the name and intensity (to: everyday namaste) would benefit future users so they can know what to expect. Appreciate the focus on flexibility and suppleness. Class is 35 minutes long. Thanks as always Christen!

I enjoyed this class a lot although I wouldn t call it vigorous. It was a perfect evening class for me. NOTE: there is an error and the time is listed as 0 minutes. Now I can t remember how long it is... I think about 35 minutes?

This was a nice class but I m giving ti four stars because it is mis-named and mis-categorized. It is not at all vigorous and should not be rated "You ll Feel It". It is definitely Everyday Namaste. This is a relaxing flow that did not get my heart rate up and did not get me warm. I may do it again sometime after a workout but never again for a a workout.

Lovely class, thank you so much!
By some reason I laughed so much the first part of the class, so amazing and feel-good! (no particular reason, just laughing for the feel of good!).

Tech question if youhappen to see this - your headset, which brand and model is that? Very good voice quality!
