Wow, this was exactly the challenge I needed today! I even ALMOST got peacock. (My toes left the ground for a second!) I m going to keep practicing this approach because I would LOVE to get peacock one day! Fantastic flow, I only felt rushed when I started to get fatigued, but I was able to catch up easily. Just when I thought I couldn t do another pose, we settled into pigeon.

Ah, so good. So wonderfully paced. And it got me out of my head for an hour. Thank you for this class, Kristin! Perfection.

This would be one of my favourite flows if it wasn’t so super fast! I have been doing yoga for 10 years now and have always practiced honoring movement to breath. This class certainly does not allow for a full breath anywhere.
Usually love Kristens flows but too rushed to enjoy.
I will keep doing her other flows though for sure.

I didn t like this one as her others but it s probably because of me. I couldn t keep up with the quicker pose changes. But that s me. I love the others though and I love Kristin!!

Fantastic class! I loved how different this flow was and that all the arm balances are incorporated into the flow. My only small quibble is that I would have liked a second chance to try peacock. Other than that this class was perfect! Will definitely be incorporating it into the regular rotation.

Meh, i didn t feel like there was a smooth flow to this and that makes more chatter in my head, the only reason this made me sweat is because I live in phoenix, the only problem with this site is you never know how challenging something is because you don t know where the other reviewers are at.

As someone who s been practicing yoga for quite a while, I didn t find this to be that challenging, but a good flow and a slightly different mix of movements. I ll do it again!

Love it, even after 25 years of practice and cannot do hurdlers, or side crow, or peacock (one day I will) the flow was totally worth it.

This was a great practice to get you out of your head and moving. If you re looking for longer holds - this isn t for you. Because the poses are held for such short periods she packs a lot of yoga into this class. It doesn t include an inversion or much in backbends - but otherwise it is a pretty well rounded class.
