The Conditions for Joy

In our lives and on our yoga mats it is easy to put external conditions on our state of being. How many times have you said, I will be happy once we are not standing on one leg again? Once this work day is over and I can practice yoga? Once I leave for vacation and unplug? We all do it! It is part of the human condition, but in today's practice we will not make our joy conditional. We can find a state of equanimity through a moment of pause. In that moment, we can bring our focus internal rather than external and look someplace new for power. This well rounded practice will challenge, uplift, and support you.
