IndieFlow: Moving Mountains

At times in our lives, we feel we are facing a mountain. A mountain is something that seemingly cannot be moved or overcome. It is a sense of overwhelm that can be paralyzing. Yet, mountains can be moved, one pebble at a time.

Through our asana practice we can embody this concept, and that enables us to understand it on a deeper level in our daily lives. A yoga class is approached one pose at a time, one cue at a time... or, one pebble at a time. Kristen will guide you, one pose - one cue at a time, into a deeper hip opening, culminating with the peak pose Parivritta Janu Sirsasana (revolved head-to-knee pose).
