Nothing beats one of Justin s live classes, but this is a great alternative when I am unable to make it to the studio. Challenging, but pretty simple technically which I like.

The constant cues were far too distracting and interfered with the flow. I like an athletic vinyasa as much as the next person (probably more!) but this flow was abrupt and the body was not given adequate opportunity for opening. Unless you took half second breathes there was no focus on unity during the vinyasa

i agree with this reviewer, i like an athletic challenging vinyasa but this was way too fast...no focus on form or breath with flow...

Justin s messages, methods, motivation is outstanding. I can t wait to do more Outlaw Yoga classes. I liked the live music, even during Savasana. Ken K--perfectly accompanied punctuations with the movements. You knew when to slow it down and when to pick up steam. That was a great addition that I hope you do more of. Everyone together created a natural flow and energy that worked well--with an awesome call to action. Loved it.

Music is a total distraction. Hard to focus on the teacher and movement. Then the singing starts and it s even worse. Ugh.
