Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a popular style of yoga in the U.S. because of the fact that it is a rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility while keeping students moving continuously throughout the class. This is a vigorous, aerobic style of yoga that combines movement with breath (called vinyasa) and is designed as a challenging and intense workout for both the body and the mind. Power Yoga classes stress variety as they are always different. They are also designed to create fire and heat within the body and help the body’s energy to flow.
