This is a beginner to intermediate Jivamukti class. We cover a lot of the basics, but there is plenty of room for advancement in the poses. Headstand is included, and even beginners can practice the dolphin/headstand modification show in this video. This practice focuses on being present to the mind stuff (Chitta) and letting it go through awareness and breath. The practice of self study is emphasized here, Svadhyaya is the sanskrit word for self study, let go of your judgements about yourself, this practice and find the inner peace (Prasad) that is always available.
