I really love this teacher and her approach to yoga. However, as others have said, this class is quite difficult to follow, as the transitions are a bit complicated to execute at times. With a different title and a different level, I would have given this class a higher rating.

Surprisingly, I did not enjoy this one very much. I thought the transitions were too rushed and for me personally, it was very hard on the knees. With about 15 minutes left in the practice, I decided to do my own thing which was good because the poses got progressively more challenging. I don t know if the level is correct on this one and there were very little modification options offered by the models. It was Almost like Christen had to force one of the models to show any modification.

I usually love Christen s classes, but this one missed the mark on its stated intention. The transitions were too quick. There was no pause to appreciate them between the poses, and the centering from the very start of class (coming to mountain with hands at heart) just disappeared. The class was otherwise a nice flow... but I chose this class because I was seeking an honoring of transitions and did not really get that, so i ended class a bit disappointed.

If you re looking for a class that mindfully incorporates transitions, this isn t the class for you. If you re looking for quick ans creative transitions, this class might be suited to you.

Absolutely love this class and the transitions between poses! I also enjoy how Christen give encouragement/tidbits of advice to take with you in each yoga class.

As some others have written this is not, to my mind, an all levels class. I personally found the speed too high to make the transitions sacred, especially as some of the poses were new to me. I liked the core work in the middle and I did build up a sweat which I wanted but I felt like a real beginner (which I m not and I shouldn t!) in the face of some of the arm balances and binds. I ll not be returning to this one in a hurry I m afraid - made me feel inadequate!

This practice is my all time favorite feel-good practice. Christen keeps you moving, flowing, breathing, sweating. The result--your troubles flow away.

Really love this instructor - she s always so upbeat, light and refreshing. I found it hard to follow a couple of transitions in the final sequence, but other than that, the class was a nice mix of sequences and it really helped me stretch out my legs which were crazy tight.

I normally loved the Rockin Bhakti classes but this is definitely not an "All levels" class and there are no modifications if knees are a problem spot for you. I couldn t complete the class.
