Shift Your Perspective Flow

Through the practice of yoga, we can use the body and the breath to explore the poses; however, we can also use the poses to explore the body and the breath. The difference is a shift of perspective; an opening to greater possibility for the practice. In this upbeat and fun flow, students will play with big transitions to build core strength and hamstring and quad length. The practice will build to heart opening poses that invite the practitioner to use their open hearts in their lives, not just on their mats.
