Mighty Root is a core-focused class that bridges the gap between fitness and yoga. By adding a bit of weight such as a light medicine ball, a yoga block, or even a heavy book, Mighty Root offers a unique alternative to a traditional yoga class. This class will work you through movements to develop a stable foundation of strength, flexibility and balance. No props are necessary for this class, but a block or a light medicine ball will increase the challenge!

In this second class we progress further with the Mighty Root practice. Adding more twisting poses and ground-based core work to increase the challenge.
