Inner Strength Flow 4: Resilience



This rhythmic vinyasa flow will help you tap into your inner strength and resilience through postures that challenge your balance and invite you to find center, again and again.

You’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body and steady the breath, then move into a standing series that weaves together lunges and single-leg balancing. After flowing through the same series twice with the breath to build warmth and focus, the sequence shifts and expands.

Expect plenty of single-leg balancing, some arm balancing (Crow Pose & Side Plank), hip openers (Garland Pose, Lizard Pose, & Skandasana), and grounding postures to close (Half Pigeon).

Practice returning to center and finish feeling empowered, strong, and balanced.
