Energizing Vinyasa Flow: Strength & Stamina



A flowing class that focuses on standing and balancing postures. Expect a challenging yet invigorating energizing vinyasa flow, perfect to build strength and stamina in your body. We’ll flow through our sun salutations slowly the first round and then move through them a few times, linking breath to movement. We’ll add a few balancing postures into our flow, some core work, a standing series, and then make our way to our mats to stretch.
