This 40 minute Vinyasa is an opportunity to M I X T H I N G S U P ! With a focus on the hips, while exploring mobility and repetition, we will build strength and fluidity through this practice. Think: strength in transitions; exploring range; breathing with the practice. This class is more suited to those who have already been practicing yoga for some time and are comfortable with less instruction and more flowing :)

Wow! Challenging with those hip openers just at the beginning and again at the end but very enjoyable unique flow. I love your own sequence and transitions.

Great yoga session finally breaking away from the much reused and boring vinyasa flows. This flow was creative and challenging, and truly opened hips and whole body in the end. I feel awakened and alive, thank you.

REEEEALLY GOOD! I will be returning to this again and again for my tight, stiff hips. This was a refreshingly challenging practice full of unpredictable goodies for the body.

I m putting this one on my Post Flight Yoga list for sure!! My hips are happy and that s no lie! Those cow face lean backs had me going owwwwwiieeee.... but then that funky cool Skandasana flow was amazing and creative!! My core is feeling stronger and my hips are feeling open. Thank you Emily!!

Always love Emily s classes. This was a good one. It was very unique and as the class name says, Funky. My hips feel great. Shandasana was quite challenging. I ll have to work my way into doing it without hands, but, regardless, it felt great.

Very creative flow! I could not get the skandasana to seated back to skandasana and then open-arm twist without using my hands. (A system of ropes and pullies would have been useful, as well :) I should say, I couldn t do it YET. I intend to keep practicing it until I can smooth out all the movements because it is a very beautiful flow. Thanks Emily!
