With a focus on the hips, while exploring mobility and repetition, we will build strength and fluidity through this practice. Think: strength in transitions; exploring range; breathing with the practice.

This class is more suited to those who have already been practicing yoga for some time and are comfortable with less instruction and more flowing :)
