This class focuses on your lower body with shapes for your hips, hamstrings, inner thighs and feet. After stretching your lower body, take a seat for a short meditation. You will finish feeling grounded, strong and graceful. This is a great practice if you have sore muscles and want to improve the mobility in your feet and hips.

Yin yoga has become my favorite. As my body has become older I appreciate the gentleness and grace of these flows.
