This was a lovely yin practice, the benefits of which felt as if I had done way more than 30 minutes. My bolster is my favourite prop and Claire made great use of it here. Thank you

Tonight I was looking for a calm, gentle class to relax my spine, hips and mind. Claire’s voice is soothing, her instruction is excellent. Not a lot of talking but enough to keep me engaged. I learned about the solar and lunar sides of our bodies and more. Thank you the perfect class for my stiff body.
