Love it
If you want to find muscles you never even knew you had, then do this class
Annie never disappoints. This class hits all those muscles you never know how to hit, or didn t know you had, in the legs, glutes, hips and if you do it right you get your belly, but not in a painful or over worked way. She flows seamlessly through the class and it goes by so quickly. I can t wait to find the class for upper body.
