Another great slow stretch. I really appreciate these slow classes. They have their own sense of challenge allowing time to breathe and feel. I always appreciate Jackie s sensitivity and clear instructions.

I love Jackie s Gentle Hatha Yoga series. It is calming, peaceful, and mindful. There is no difficult pose but staying in the posture longer than usual makes my mind quiet and my body sweat actually even though this class is very gentle. There are hip circles, gentle twists, forward bends, side stretches, hip opening, figure four, downdog, and more. I like the background music too. Ahhh, I feel really good and relax now. Thank you!
