Yoga for Cross Training - Rest Day



You work hard all week at the gym – treat yourself to an extra yummy rest day with this stay low full body stretch session. Class begins starting out on your back to stretch out those tight hamstrings and IT bands. Then transitions to some seated and kneeling poses for releasing the psoas, spine & shoulders. Then head back down to reclining to wrap up with some extra goodness for the low back and glutes. Your body will say a big thank you for this relaxing rest day practice!
