This is a mellow yet intense hip opener. Every time I do this routine i get up feeling wonderfully refreshed. Caitlin s cue are so quietly encouraging. Love this class!!

Have been having sciatica pain for several weeks. This class was a wonderful addition to my PT exercises. Have not felt this open in a long time. Very gentle and relaxing. (In a yin sort of way)

I am glad you loved the class! That s a great question... usually I have a stopwatch on my phone going (I try to keep it hidden and off camera since phones are triggering) or I use a digital clock with seconds counter.
Incredibly gentle. Incredibly effective. I stressed my low back in the gym yesterday, producing a pinched nerve kinda feeling. I could feel the nerves relaxing and tingles down to my toes. This was perfect, Caitlin. THANKS

This slow paced class provided me with great lower back pain relief. I am back again today because it helped me so much. Simple, new stretches that were very effective!

This is a wonderful class, and while the poses are accessible and easy to set up staying in them is incredibly intense. I started out completely seized up and incrementally found relaxation. I will definitely return to repeat this when my body needs it. Thank you!
