Amazing! This is the first time I have felt this good in my body in so long. I have been having daily migraines for 2 months and have been suffering from Long Haul Covid for a couple of years. This class truly put my body at ease. It is not a lot of movement and only a few poses, but if you allow yourself to breathe and listen to her prompts to let the breath open your mind it really helps. I feel a new/ different energy and openness. Thank you!!!
