This 35 minute yin class is all about cultivating the fire energy that is inside us. True, we don't always think of fire when it comes to yin, but keep in mind there is an element of yin in yang and yang in yin. As we open up our hearts and connect to that active energy, we think about joy, peace, enthusiasm and self-esteem. How wonderful that we can passively cultivate this active energy! You can expect to open you heart, stretch your chest, neck and shoulders and come away with a wonderful grounded energy.

I adored this class that begins with an Earth hug under a warm afternoon sun. Seemed poetically fitting for the theme of the class. More important, it was immediately grounding and quieted my mind for a yin experience. The twisted arm pose was a new to me and I enjoyed the challenge.
This was a nice relaxing practice. I liked that it focused on opening the heart. Quite often we don t spend enough time doing this. Loved it!
The calm Kylie Larson provides with the yin yoga is great for my mornings.
Very nice , long, slow stretches/poses. And a rare class with NO downdogs!
I loved this class!
Fantastic upper body opener and release! Thank you!
Focus on arms and shoulder, this relaxing yet hard class (feel hard for me!) is what I needed today! Thank you.
Nice yin class after a long walk. Very much appreciate the opening of the heart space.
Lovely lovely class. Excited to go share all the warmth and energy gained in the class. Thanks Kylie you’re one of my top teachers.
Yeah, no, that was wonderful. The back body / rear shoulder opener was incredible. And, I completely got the Yang element. Done so nicely, Kylie.
I loved the class but found the first few poses uncomfortable due to having breasts! Even with a blanket under I found it hard to relax into these positions. Other than that factor it was a lovely, grounding class.
Very grounding and useful for shoulder and upper back tightness. I feel energized after finishing, so this would be a good class for morning or afternoon.
