You ALWAYS have time for yoga! Occasionally, I don t have time for a morning practice so I grab this one and always marvel at its completeness despite its brevity. I feel great! Thank you!

My favourite quick yoga practice. So effective for a short practice. Resets the mind and increases energy. I feel so good afterwards. Massive reward for small input.

I’ve been away from my mat for a very long time and of course I had to start out with one of Claire’s classes. Had to do a short class because Claire never slacks, always making sure we get a good stretch in. I missed your classes, I’m so glad to be back on the mat. Namaste

Really good class when short on time, added pigeon at the end since had time but a little bit of everything. Felt like I got some yoga in on a busy day!
