This is a good class. The cardio portion is challenging even without weights. A warmup would be nice because it s kind of intense on the shoulders and upper body out of the gate. The yoga portion wasn t very intuitive for me, so I just did my own flow.

Great HIIT series with easy yoga stretch at the end. I certainly worked up a sweat and enjoyed. Apparently, they fixed the music issue as it was barely notable in the background.

Great workout - a little more vigorous than HIIT 2.0 and 3.0, but less intensive on the wrists than those two, and not quite as vigorous as Ben s earlier workout videos. Agree that it would be better without the music - music is extremely repetitive and was stuck in my head for hours afterwards! But still a great class, and still lives up to Ben s high standards. More like this please!

I really enjoyed this class. I worked up a sweat, but it wasn t joint destroying or moving so fast that I wound up with poor form. I really like that Ben moved at a thoughtful pace - not too fast, not too slow. Even the more difficult moves were completely doable!
A note on the music (since everyone s talking about that): I certainly don t think the soundtrack added anything, but I was able to tune it out. I totally get why it distracted some people, though. I have to turn off classes that have excessive instructor talking, which other people seem to either like or tune out.

I enjoyed the challenging workout, the HIIT was well cued with thoughtful progression. The yoga series was a nice stretchy flow. However I must second the comments of another review, PLEASE have a no music option, as that did not enhance my practice. I do get it, I am sure some people love it, and it is great that music is an option, but that particular music wasn t for me. And, honestly, some of us are getting older, the loud music makes it difficult to hear the cues. The class was great (music selection and volume, not so much).

The class itself is great - really challenging and varied HIIT workout. Would be five stars if not for the music, which is TERRIBLE for this class. It was so bad I had to stop at the end of the HIIT portion, and skip the yoga portion, because I couldn’t take it anymore. It is one really languid and repetitive track whose refrain repeats every 7 or 8 seconds for the entire class. Unfortunately it’s too loud to turn down enough to be ignorable while still hearing the cues. YDL, PLEASE PLEASE release a version of this otherwise awesome class without the totally discordant music.
