WOW! So good! I had to pause partway through to switch some laundry and I noticed that even after 12 minutes I was moving with more ease!

This was a fun class w a lot of nice stretches. Many moves were new to me; not sure if I was doing them exactly right. Nonetheless, moves felt mostly good. Nice pace of the class. Thanks.

I have been suffering from back pain. I know my posture is not right when I am sitting, but it is tough to keep a good posture. This class gives me a chance to correct the shoulder position by stretch and twists upper body. There are hip opening poses to. The pace is not too fast so that I can move slow as listening to my back. Thank you.

Great class for posture c emphasis on twists to open shoulders & hips c amazing initial explanation. Not 5 stars due to choppiness at times c instruction & abrupt conclusion…not taking the class through savasana.

Good movements for Day 5, But I needed more time to complete each pose and feel the stench. Im just getting back into classes and I m somewhat loaded with arthritis......thinking it might be good for me to watch the lesson first and then again to participate! Whatever works, I m sticking with it!!!

Day 5 - In the last few days (after having gotten more serious about exercise) my lower back took a turn for the worse. Some of the stretches in this class saved my back, particularly the IT (stretch) with one foot behind the other. No joke, that stretched made my low back-hips feel almost completely better. Today I couldn t do a forward fold without bending my knees almost to 90. After that stretch I was forward folding almost like before. For that alone I give 5 all day. I will return to this class as hips and shoulders need help more than ever.
That said, I agree with others that some of the instruction and poses was kind of choppy and fast. I too would like a bit more time to get into the poses and appreciate them. Also, an end to Savasana would be lovely. I didn t know the class had ended till I looked at the screen. Lol! Thanks for this class, I still recommend it. It nourished my need to nurture certain parts of my body more and recognize that I really need to do this stuff regularly. Ok there s my chapter. ??

This class has fantastic stretches! Some of my faves ever!
I do agree with many other comments that many of the cues are very difficult to follow and I had to look at the screen too often. Because it’s such a short class, sometimes the stretches were too quick and after looking up I missed the stretch. Perhaps making the class 10 minutes longer would enable more comprehensive direction and time for each stretch.
Also, an end of the savasana and namaste by Geenie (Gemma?) would be nice.

Great class, got a nice stretch in the IT bands, needed that. Some of the ques were hard to follow and I had to look up at the screen. I just wish you would have brought us out of svasana.

Excellent, smart sequencing. I would agree that I found some of the cues hard to follow. Also, I would recommend closing us out of practice in a less abrupt way.

This class gave me the deep stretches that I need to open up my lower body especially IT band and is also a great shoulder and chest release, I needed after doing a weight workout.
