I love this class. It is just the thing to help me relax. Not too easy. Not too hard. It is just right!

I have been looking for exactly this type of yoga class before bed. It was so soothing, calming, relaxing all while gently stretching me. Puts my active mind at peace before sleep. I love Keith s classes and will be doing this one many more times. Thank you!!!

I have been struggling with back pain, and fast pace yoga practices are risky now. This class takes longer time to move one pose to another. This gives me enough time to listen to my body. Thank you. I love this slow yoga practice.

I hate to be a downer, but the class is not as advertised. If it was an Ahhhh level or Gentle Hatha class, I would probably give more stars. But for everyday namaste, it s a real let down. There is no flow, there is no Sun A or B, there are no balancing poses. It s mostly gentle stretching poses. I usually like classes from Keith, so maybe next time I ll try a different one.

This is the perfect end to a stressful day or a hard workout. I loved the stretches and long holds. Nice spine flexibility. I would add a couple of supine twists. The instructor was calm and clear. A favorite!

If you are looking for some healing and restoration, I recommend this video. Keith is one of my favorite instructors and this video is no exception to his calming style. Slow pace. Not too wordy, just slow and relaxing. Great for before bed or any time you just need to chill. Namaste Keith. ?

I really enjoyed this class - I practiced it right after a cardio class and it was a lovely way to wind down. Because music was highlighted in reviews below, I paid attention to not having music and I really liked it! Just hearing Keith s calm voice and my breathing made me even more mindful. If "silence" isn t for you, I think this is the perfect class because you can play whatever you like from a different device rather than the music chosen by an instructor.

I love all of Keith s classes and have done this one several times already since it came out. The sound quality is not perfect, which seems to be an issue with many of the newer classes on YDL for some reason. However for me I can usually forget about it by a few minutes into the class. Adding one s own background music would probably help as others have suggested! Anyway though this has become one of my favourite "wind down" classes very quickly!

Very relaxing and soothing. I actually liked no music for a change. It helped to continuously direct my focus inward. A wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day!

Evening Yoga for Stress Relief and Wake Up Slowly have been my daily go to classes. I got Covid in December and have struggled with some lingering symptoms and these classes have saved me. I m SO excited for part 2. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is a personal review of how I felt during the class. I really loved the flow and poses, but as someone with ADHD I really need music. I heard every noise not related to class and it stressed me out. Again, a personal preference, but if you need music this class does not have it.
