Enjoyed this practice as it allowed me to stretch and balance. Flow is perfect. Also during Warrior 2, I ve used her queue of having palms up which really brought down my shoulders from my neck which resulted in a deeper stretch. Definitely added this to my favorites to practice again. Namaste...

A very good use of props, in this case blocks to achieve the asanas. The calss also flowed really well so the transitions were fluid.

Good grounding class. Thank you- one suggestion though: Filming a dark dressed body in front of a dark couch made it a bit difficult for me to follow the movements

I like her style of yoga. By using two blocks, poses became accessible for me who are suffering back pain and need to be couscous about hip movements. The slow movement also helped me. Thank you.

Perfect balance of strengthening, stretching. Mariah s cues and instructions are direct and calm, keeping the flow focused and deep. Great class.

I have been having a tight hamstring and this class was great at getting that gently stretched out. But don’t interpret that to mean that this is an “ahhh” class. Mariah takes enough time to isolate the stretch but also flowing. You will work as hard as you want. She does talk the entire class, but in excellent cues and instruction. I even liked the guided relaxation into savasana.

The sequence was good but I would have enjoyed some more space for me to actually feel the poses. This instructor talked the entire class which kept me in my head the entire practice.
