I came to this one after tweaking my back from a different yoga session. I thought I had done all of Elise s classes, but I guess not! Love all of her classes.

The combination of gentle Yin poses and the more active Yang flow was perfect for releasing tension and strengthening my lower back. I feel so much more fluid and energized in that area after just 35 minutes. Thank you for such a thoughtful and effective session!

This class has to be done on a hard smooth floor. Carpet and grass won t work.

I really enjoyed this class! I have low back issues from being hit by a car. this class was perfect for my back. The only pose I struggled with was Rabbit pose because I have a rounder body...I had a hard time with grasping my ankles...any suggestions to modify or a different pose to use?

Dear Elise, thank you for the class! Do you have a practice for people with scoliosis and protrusion? It would be great to do yoga and don t afraid to make it worse instead of better.

Great class for your lower back. Includes a gentle flow, with some light strengthening moves. Then transitions back to a more yin style class. Great for your back.

I love Elise s yin/yang classes. This one was great too, and had some unconventional stretches in the middle that initially took me by surprise, but which I could feel were good when all was said and done. It also had rabbit stretch which I have never done before and was a new way of stretching out the back for me. You need a blanket and a strap.

I enjoyed this class. I suffer from occasional back pain and I feel the poses and stretches will really help my lower back. I just finished the class and I feel great. There were poses and movements that were new to me so it was exciting to try them. Thank you!

Great class for relaxing and opening up your lower back. Elise has a soft soothing voice and does a great job cuing the poses.
