This is a tough class, and she moves very quickly,(maybe too quickly for some - you might want to warm up a bit first), but it s an excellent quick workout for when you aren t feeling particularly "yoga-y" but want a challenging workout grounded in Yogic moves. Your lower body will feel this the next day!

This is a very efficient, tough, but easy to follow work out. A strong workout in about 30 minutes. I also love this instructors clear jargon-free direction and straightforward approach.

Excellent shorter class with core, inner thighs and lots more. The class went quickly and was enjoyable. I feel energized.

Excellent, short routine that gets your thighs (mostly) fired up. I didn t have the weights or blocks but still found this an effective routine. The only thing I wished was that there was about 2 minutes more of a warm up (especially first thing in the morning).

This was a class I just couldn’t do first thing in the morning...so I did it after I came home from work. I’m so glad I saved it for later in the day! It definitely packs a punch and was super speedy to follow, but got my heart rate up and I felt great afterward. A good way to end my day!

Yet again, does not disappoint. I didn t think it was an especially difficult class in terms of some of the other ones, but I definitely worked hard. But the real tell was the next day when my inner thighs and core were SORE! This is the best kind of class, where I can enjoy myself, feel good, but not feel like I am particularly dying, but still feel results. Thank you!

This class felt rushed and the yoga poses were squeezed quickly in. I would have liked modifications since I don t usually use weights, but there were not any. There was a nice shivasana at the end which surprised me given how quickly she moved through yoga in the rest of the class.

This class lived up to its name. It isn t intended to be a slow flow but rather an intense tabata style workout focusing on just as it says - inner thighs and abs!
