I spend a lot of time in small hotel rooms and this is a perfect way to get in a yoga practice. Also like the gentle morning stretches. Thank you!

I need more yoga like this in my life! I often find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning due to a chronic pain condition. That same condition off and can prevents me from doing yoga, because just the thought of something else to do with my body… I know how good it is for me, but knowing doesn’t really help.
This was absolutely perfect! And my body does feel better. ??

Wow! What a great way to ease into the day, especially on those days that justing getting out of bed appears to be a monumental task. I feel awake and ready to move forward, both mentally and physically, with whatever comes my way!

This was exactly what I needed to start my day. My legs can get really stiff while I sleep and these stretches really gave me a relaxed way to get them stretched and moving. Didn t do this in bed, did it on a mat, but it was still great.

Loved it. Get for first thing in the morning. I would love modifications for arms when you have a headboard and can t stretch arms fully behind.

A few minutes of gentle stretching to start the day. I chose to do this on my mat to provide more support and keep the bedding out of the way.

As a huge fan of Yogi Sayar, in my opinion the instruction in this class is not as well-paced nor as clear as in his other classes. Watch this one before trying it.
Also, and maybe this is obvious to others, while I love the idea of yoga before even getting out of bed, in a cold climate the bedding gets in the way and for me, I keep the bedroom cool, it is too chilly to lie on top of the blankets and be comfortable doing yoga.
