Tough course that is diverse enough to keep your body (and brain) moving along. The length is good and the modifications are very helpful. I probably could have used a bit of a stretch before and after the intensive phase- but this is correctly advertised as a boot camp workout so you can definitely do the warmup and cool down on your own. Great teacher and cues.

FANTASTIC workout! Like others have said - this is not yoga. This is when you want to sweat while getting some HIIT combined with toning movement. Never a dull moment but doesn t move so fast that you can t keep pace. Enjoy!

This chick is bada**. Love her classes. I’m certain that every muscle got some work. Love her instruction, flow, and pace. This is a great workout. If you are looking for pure yoga this will not be what you want. If you are looking to sweat like crazy and get a fun total body workout in a short time Becca’s classes are fantastic!

Great class! Becca has a very encouraging attitude. I love how you move through the actions fairly quickly so you never get tired of one movement or feel like you re over-doing it. Very short cool down at the end, so if you re like me and you need stretching after a workout, you ll have to add it yourself.

Great all around boot camp yoga! If you re looking for pure yoga this class is not for you. Combination strength, weights for bootie, arms, chest and abs.

No what I expected. This was a pretty good HIIT workout, but I had a hard time finding the yoga in this. I would wear shoes to better support my feet and ankles next time because of the high impact moves. I did work up a sweat, but my alignment struggled with the fast pace. Recommend watching before you do this one to get the form right.

Back to Becca after almost six months absence from all weight work. Fantastic new adjunct to the older 30 min. class. Great flows, great cues, great modifications. Truly skillful, intelligent, whole-body instruction and strength.

Becca s classes are always great. While more boot camp style and not traditional yoga, they are great for incorporating cardio and weight training into practice. I consider myself early intermediate and found this challenging and appreciated adaptations suggested. The only part I truly had trouble with was the prone butterfly thigh extensions. Very hard to do. You ll Definitely sweat with this one!
