Loved it. Slow, deep, time to really feel the pose and alignment.
Thank you Shy. I was feeling unmotivated and stopped doing any yoga practice for a while. Your class brings me back to the love I have for yoga practice. It makes me feel so good physically and mentally after the class. Thank you again.
Thanks Shy! Good to take a class again even if it s online. As always, great micro adjustments!
Wonderful class for any stage of practice,
Great slow flexibility class. Very direct cueing and explanations. Perfect for a recovery day with enough intensity to warm and lengthen.
Wonderful class!
This helped with My practice of the Warrior I pose, something I was never really sure I was doing right.
Slow and steady with an emphasis on the basics. The gets going right away and end according as well. Minimal stories along the way which is appreciated. Not sure "sweating" or "you ll feel it" is correct. Lots of clear instruction. A few miscues. I do appreciate occasionally a focus on back to the basics.
I loved the flow of this class: slow, smooth, very mindful of each part of my body. It felt really good and relaxing while at the same time invigorating. good balance of yin and yang.
Slow, deliberate and mindful, with some fresh and useful ways to get more from even the most simple poses
