Coming back from vacation and getting over a vacation-earned cold, this was the perfect flow to get back into movement. Grounding, slow, mindful. The squats at the beginning were quite challenging on my hips, but that effort made it feel like I was Doing Something. The rest was absolute perfection. I maybe would have liked a pigeon on both sides to stretch the hips a bit more, but that s a me thing.

This was an excellent class! The perfect length for a (flighty, ungrounded) short attention span, it was both physically challenging and relaxing.

This class was so exactly what I was looking for...I just didn t know it yet! What caught my eye was the description of "distracted and flighty" .... which is exactly how I was feeling. This was the perfect class to help me get my head back in the game.

I ve felt awful all week, lightheaded and dizzy and this class sounded like it would help bring me down to earth without some of the challenging poses that get my heart rate goingand make me dizzier. And I was right. A lovely class, bringing me back into myself and short enough to inspire and not overface.

Elise has a very beautiful voice that guides you through some grounding poses. It has a nice mix of standing and seated poses for such a short class. I thought it was perfect to get my flighty soul back into my body for a day at the office. Namaste!
