I really enjoyed this class and I lift weights, this made me realize I need to incorporate body weight movements because I really am weak. Thank you!

This class is one of my favorites on yoga download. Its hard circuits with time to rest in between and an awesome flow woven in makes me feel strong! Thank you.

My goodness! What an amazing session! I have tried quite of few of Kylie Larson s classes and I do love them all, but this class will be new a staple! This class was such an excellent use of time because it focuses on upper body strenght while still getting a full body workout. Smokin s Guns proved that my guns can be challenged in new ways. Yay!

You know it s a great class when you hate the teacher during the entire thing, and love her at the end. Excellent workout! Will be doing this weekly.

Excellent arm workout! Kylie keeps you pumped the whole time! I love this class and will continue to return to it when I want to focus on my upper body.

Ouch! But in a good way. I m a fan of more up-beat music, but Kylie kept me feeling pretty pumped up despite the somewhat lack-luster background music. I ll be coming back to this class on a regular basis for some much needed upper arm strength training!

This is an incredible workout to build strength in your practice! Love this and all of Kylie s workouts, she always makes me feel energized and as though I have gotten a real workout in addition to a great flow.

This isn t really a yoga class. Even Kylie admits it halfway through. "Anything can be yoga, right?" she giggles. If you add breath and intention to it." Um, sure, Kylie. So if you want a yoga class, this isn t for you.
However, if you want an incredible arms workout, Kylie s your girl. Her class is difficult, but she offers modifications in a no-judgment, no-nonsense style that s easy to understand. I would give it more stars if it were more yogic, but the class content can t be beat.

Really a super workout! Challenging, and one I will definitely do regularly in order to improve strength and stamina. Perhaps a bit tougher than advanced beginner...but outstanding overall.

Great upper body workout. Really loved the instructor and how real and encouraging she was. This was a challenging workout for me and I will definitely be checking out her other classes.
