I’ve been a YDL member since 2010ish. This morning I googled Wwhat kind of Yoga helps you get in touch with your inner self.” Today was the first time I did Kudalini. While it is very different than other Yoga classes if you are seeking a way to be more in tune and are open to other styles this is very powerful! I am overwhelmed.
Thank you so much for this practice.
I look forward to the other classes to see what they offer.

I have been dealing with some depression lately where it is has been a struggle to get out of bed and get the day started. I am so glad that I chose this practice as a way to start my day today. Namaste.

Love Tana Pittman s classes. Appreciated the shorter holds of poses than is traditional in Kundalini. Postures can always be extended when practicing. But classes are for demonstration and learning. Wish I could buy this music! Thanks for a great practice!

Not my favorite Kundalini class. A lot of Breath of Fire and much of it was while doing abs and hurt my low back.

As someone beginning to explore the deeper spirituality of yoga, this was an incredible experience with breath work used in such an active way. I could feel the abdominal and upper leg toning happening while the buzzing energy of the prana found itself around my body in the rest periods. I actually got rather sweaty on a chilly morning! I will practice this often in the mornings when i often dont feel like my body is ready for all the twisting and strength, arm balancing, etc. that my asana practice contains. THANK YOU! Very powerful.

Love this class esp in the mornings. Definitely an esteem booster. It also is a way to center my wandering thoughts and focus on the meaning. I will incorporate this video into my daily life. Calms me :)

I haven t given kundalini a shot in a long time. While I loved a few of the exercises, this just isn t for me. I miss all of the stretching and twisting included in my usual morning routines.

This is a nice, basic intro to kundalini yoga. I wish the music was chanting or something with a beat. I wasn t digging the elevator music.
