Mmmm. I overdid it with my yoga flow yesterday (and irritated my neck in another activity), so I needed something slow and stretchy and juicy today and this was PERFECTION. So grateful this flow exists.

Great class and teacher. The modifications were very helpful - but I wish she had briefly shown pigeon pose when she suggested it as an alternative, and at the end, I wish she d given an alternative to the final stretch opening the heart and balanced on wrists... (don t know what it s called, but impossible for me to do it because of problems with my wrists).

This is a great Yin class. Some of these poses are difficult for me with my tight hips, just what I need! Alex has a calming voice. Poses are held for at least 3 minutes each. It is listed as Restorative, but it is a Yin class.

Great class. Each pose lasts 3 minutes including 3 minutes on each side. Some moves were uncomfortable and because I have pain in my back and this is primarily a hip opener I felt pain in my back afterwards. I would do this again but would include some back stretches.

I took this class as I didn t want to miss my daily yoga practice but was feeling under the weather and not up to a more energetic practice, and I m really glad I did. It s by no means easy, as the stretches are held for 3-5 mins each with encouragement given to deepen them after each minute, but it s definitely a good one to do before bedtime if you re wanting something more gentle. My only suggestion is that if you ve got the time to stay in savasana at the end as suggested, then gather up any aromatherapy candles or oil burners etc before the practice starts, along with the other props used, so you don t need to interrupt the calmness by pausing the video. You don t need these things if you haven t got them though.

Definitely a hip opener! Instructor s voice is pleasant, but I had to turn the volume all the way up to hear here. The music is barely audible. It s a nice length. I would do the practice again.

As a runner with a pair of the tightest hips ever, this hip opening class felt amazing. Huge piriformis, psoas and inner thigh stretches evens out the hips.
