Wonderful Practice with Elise
Lovely and easy stretching with a series of twists, back stretches, and just a taste of forward fold, lunges, downward dog, and chair. A very well spent 40 minutes!

I love Elise! She’s calming and provides excellent instruction.
I almost didn t do this class because it is a Vinyasa and on week 3 of trying to get over the flu the entire nation is fighting I was sure all I had in me was a Hatha. After looking back and forth at classes I finally just did it and I am so glad I did! It is just a bit more than a Hatha and felt soooo good. Going in my favorites basket! I feel like I can make it through the day now!

Nice mellow detox. I love how Elise cues you gently and clearly. I agree with other reviews that it is a good choice on a day you want a class, but are not feeling your best. Get the over a cold, hangover recovery, etc

Decided to try this video while currently sick with a flu and I can not recommend it enough! I feel so much better in my lower back and tummy. General aches and pains are gone! Thank you, as always, for a wonderful class Elise!

When I am especially sore and stiff from training, I look to Elise to help unlock my body and feel better both physically and mentally.
Although this class is 40 minutes, it does not feel like a long class. The cueing is excellent, the pacing perfect, and you transition smoothly from one body-opening stretch to the next.
Full of different variations of twists, you ll open your ribs and the muscles over the hips and lower back. The twists also open the rhomboid area and cat/cow poses and side bends open the spine.
This is an "aaaaah" class that opens your whole body and twists out stress and toxins.

I love all of Elise s classes, and this one is no exception. Perfect length and great poses to twist and stretch gently. I really felt detoxed, and this class is great as a stand alone or as a precursor to a cardio routine. Thank you Elise and looking forward to more!

As said in other comments, a lovely practice for when you have been ill or are feeling not so strong. I just had flu and a stomach bug, and this practice really made me feel better, less sluggish and more happy :-)

This is a terrific practice if you ve been sick but are getting over it. My husband is recovering from bronchitis and this was particularly useful to him. The pace is great as is the length. Really good sequence.

This was AWESOME! I m pretty behind on the 21-day challenge (due to beginner soreness) but this class was perfect even though I was still a little sore. It was a lovely pace, and Elise s instructions were nice and easy to follow. I will definitely be checking out more of her videos!
Yes, do please check out my other classes. The Yin classes, especially, might work well for you if you re still sore. Good for you for doing yoga!!
Lovely class for the end of a busy day! Very relaxing but I can definitely appreciate the detoxing process. This is a favorite to repeat in the future.

I loved her soothing voice and cuing. Great class for morning. My quads and thighs are tight in morning and this was a great class to wake them up without overstretching them first thing in am.

I love Elise! This is another one of her gentle, but thorough, yoga classes. She has a musical voice and gives clear instructions. Great twisting series for those of us who love the gentle yoga approach. Bought it so that I can do the routine again and again.

A really relaxed class to detach you from any stress. Very clear instructions to guide you intuitively from pose to pose. Easy for any level. Elise has such a calming voice!

Great detox class! Loved it! Good twisting and not too strenuous overall. Plus Elise was the first teacher I ve listened to talk us out of shavasana. I liked that as it felt like the class really came to a close.

Very clear instruction from the teacher. This class encompasses a variety of twists to aid in detoxing. It s goes very quickly, despite the slow pace. I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a slow paced class to help detox & digest.

I did this class when I had a cold and was feeling achy, stiff and old. This was EXACTLY what I needed to feel better both physically and emotionally. Elise has an incredibly smooth voice and cueing style. The music was perfect and the 40 minutes went by very quickly without me wondering "When will this be over?" It s a relatively gentle class and not something that will get your heart-rate up too much, but perfect for releasing toxins and just generally feeling better. Thanks, Elise!
