Although I liked the soft sequence, the tone of the teacher and the pronunciation made it somewhat difficult to follow along. The image of the video was also quite "washie", maybe you could check those details?

This was the first class I tried on this website and I loved it. Excellent instructions very easy to follow and left me feeling as if my head was floating on my shoulders (in a good way) for the rest of the day.

Beautiful practice as I recover from foot surgery and cannot bear weight in standing poses.

I injured my back recently. I wanted to do a yoga practice that wouldn t cause further injury but would allow me to move a bit and meditate. This was perfect. Thank you.

the free 20 min video is very relaxing but not much neck and shoulder work.

Relaxing, easy to do anywhere. The music and the voice commands were very soothing.

Nice! I wanted a "quick" release in between taking course exams. I was feeling quite frazzled when I woke up, and then I saw YDL and joined. I quickly found this lovely practice and did it. Thank you, I feel immensely more centered and calm. My sister has multiple sclerosis and if she comes to visit me, I will certainly share this with her; as I know she ll appreciate the very slow and controlled movements. Namaste

As a body worker and yoga teacher- some days
My body tells me I need to nurture it. Today was one
Of those days! And this gentle practice was great.
I appreciated the forward folds very differently
With the chair.
I may be biased, but this practice is good for
Anyone of any age! I recommend if you are unable
To get regular body work- try a gentle yoga practice with Jeanne! Feeling amazing!
