Cuing is very fast and with the frequent position changes I had to keep stopping to look at my screen. Overall, very nice stretches for neck and shoulders. I just wish she slowed down a bit.

I tweaked my neck this morning. Great! I was at the start of my first day off in 3 weeks and I was looking forward to a loooong yoga practise to start my day!!
Did your class and I was in no pain by the end.

great class! Do you have a class or suggestions for the dupuytren s in my hands. I am starting to get the chords, in my palms and fingers, but don t want to give up yoga! Any thing you can suggest?

This class is phenomenal. I was absolutely shocked by how tight my neck, chest and shoulders were and this class left them feeling stretched and released. I will be returning to this one often, thank you!
