This class will open up your sticky side body, stretch and tone your hamstrings and ultimately culminate in Parvritta Janusirsasana (Revolved Head to Knee Pose). Along the way you'll practice juicy floor poses, rise to active standing poses with lunges and twists. You will get long in Extended Side Angle, Triangle and Gate poses, before coming down to the ground again for your stretchiest, most open seated twist. Enjoy!
