You and me... doing yoga on the computer once again! Yay I m so happy to have a new Pradeep class on YDL, and disappointed I missed the live version :).. I ll keep my eyes peeled. I came to the mat with the intention of selecting a very difficult class when I received a very difficult phone call. Thank you, thank you for the encouragement, the basic poses done with intention, thank you for the silly sidebars and stories that made me giggle. After the class my heart was lighter, thank you.
