I liked the music and her voice, it was very calming. There should be more in the description that this is basically a core series. Looking for more of a flow, it was hard to find the flow in this the start and finish were abrupt. More guidance on positioning would be great too.

Great morning flow, did need to look at the screen a few times to make sure I understood the direction, but after one session Im sure I will only have to listen next time. Body feels woken up and energized. I liked that savasana ended without bring me back in as I am never ready when the instructor does it anyhow!

Things I liked: Instructor has a calming, reassuring voice. Music was pleasant. Practice was energizing.

Things that didn t work for me: Although the model was flowing, I couldn t find the flow myself. The cuing made it hard to follow and I had to look at the screen a bunch to understand which is unusual for me. It felt to me like the cuing was developed while watching the video- so more like the video is narrated. While I liked the music, it was incongruous with the practice- a bit too calming.

This teacher is AMAZING! This class is perfectly cued and timed. It is also easily modified if you are looking for something less challenging. Her voice is calming and steady and each of her classes are different. But all the classes are straightforward, high quality yoga without any preaching or life advice. The simple instrumental music in her classes are perfectly aligned with the rhythm of her classes. Fabulous!

The class was nice, cuing was a little off. I thought we were going into tree towards the end when it was actually standing figure four. Some of the down dog sequences could have used better cuing too.

But the class itself was a nice, quick flow that focused on meditative and mindful movement. I m not sure it should be listed as a "you ll feel it" class. Felt more "everyday namaste" to me.

Decent flow but very unclear instructions, especially for someone who can t see the screen while doing the class.

Instructor often starts sentences in the middle such as saying "As a possibility," meanwhile she is moving through the pose and by the she tells you where the leg is supposed to be it s already time to go to the next. Also uses very abstract and sometimes vague language.

Lovely calming voice, soothing drum sound in the background. I enjoyed the poses and pace. This teacher s directions vary slightly from the other YDL teachers that I got used to so I had to look at the video to follow a little more than usual. Nice to have a new option in the mix.

Refreshing class, gentle and focused. Really enjoyed the clarity of instruction and the absence of therapy talk. This class reminded me of the spacious permission that drew me to the practice of yoga.
