Thank you so much, this is brilliant! Instructions like these are exactly what I need, they are clear and functional. They help me understand what to search for, what to avoid and also tell me why I am doing the pose. The general benefits of doing yoga poses *almost right* and perhaps not knowing what they are for are probably ..well, large enough to do us good, but boy, this knowledge and sense of purpose is like a jet engine. Will check out all of these videos for sure!
