I don t often repeat classes, but was looking for moon salutations and found this. Saw from the comments that it s been almost 3 years to the day since I did this practice. Lots of water under the bridge since then. And many moon cycles! I see why I liked it the first time. Also encouraged me to redo classes I haven t done for a while. As a previous commenter suggested the experience is different when you ve gone through some life changes. Glad this class is still here.

I previously rated this class and came back to it now a year and a half later. I had a completely different experience this time. Maybe it’s because I have slowed down my yoga practice somewhat in the past 4 months (because I am practicing nearly every day), but I loved this flow.

Some of the cues were unclear, which meant I had to look at my screen a handful of times, but nothing too distracting, really. I guess I needed time to appreciate this flow. I’m glad I revisited it.

A lovely class to open your mind to positivity and open your hips with some unusual stretching sequences. Will do this every full moon. The meditation and pranayama is also a great way to honor this moon cycle.

Amazing! I wish I hadn t waited until a full moon! Coming off a severe accident I have had to be very careful to not jump in to a full length practice much less at the level I was practicing. So I find myself having to choose a stretch or a strength because it seems no other class really gives you both. This class gave me great stretching and strength moves for my whole body with a very different class so it kept my mind from wandering. I feel so rejuvenated. Even the savasana was different and just made me smile with how she came out of it and changed it up a bit.. Normally I switch it up a lot but this will be a go to for sure!

I just got some pain in my heel but always feel better after yoga. I decided to give this class a whirl as I wanted a shorter length. Plus I adore Lakshmi. This was perfection. Just enough of a light workout with some amazing stretches. The teacher has a great ease about her and I really enjoyed this. My heel is responding to the wonderful circulation and I plan to do this class many more times. Thank you!!!

The poses are held for a short time but there are days that is what I’m looking for. The cueing isn’t great a,d I had to look at the screen a lot. Of course, repeating the class a few times will eliminate that need. Overall a nice class for when you are short on time.
